Use two-way frequency tables in the contect of data to predict trends and predict future events. This includes joint, marginal and conditional joint frequencies. S.ID.5
Day 56 & 57 - Do the "Best" Movies Make More Money? This incorportates Excel or other graphing utility as well.
- Powerpoint from LearnZillion - Simple, but it is great to have scatterplots created to discuss.
Day 58 - Two Way Table Starter and Lesson Activity This looks like a great bellringer to get kids thinking. They will be able to figure out a lot of what is here. A class discussion should clear up any misconceptions.
Day 59 - Worksheet with joint, marginal and conditional joint frequencies.
